Investing with Prospora Capital provides several ways to see these high returns while improving your life in other areas. Cash flow and amortization are seen through monthly rent collected from tenants and that pays for expenses, pays down debt, and provides passive cash flow for the property investors, generating long-term wealth.

Our investments provide many tax benefits as well as stability for our investors. Real estate produces tax write-offs, such as through depreciation, which allows you to keep more cash flow and offset other income taxes. Historically outperforming the S&P 500, real estate is much less volatile. Property appreciation and leverage are seen with our investments. Real estate allows you to purchase 100% of a property with only 25% of the value down and the property will appreciate in value much faster than the annual rate of inflation.

Chris Kirkman is a visionary entrepreneur with a passion for real estate investment and a wealth of experience in various industries. With over two decades of expertise in real estate, business, user experience design, and marketing, Chris has made a name for himself in the real estate world and the businesses he has owned and others he has helped grow. He is an accredited investor with a portfolio of properties across California, Oregon, and Michigan, with a current focus on purchasing and operating self-storage facilities and apartment communities.

As a savvy real estate investor and operator, Chris understands the value of adding enhancements to each unit, the overall exterior of the structures, and the property grounds to improve the tenant experience and increase the property's value. He is also a skilled builder, involved with the construction of small single-family housing developments in California and completing flips in his states of ownership. In the coming years, Chris will be shifting his focus to building more self-storage and multifamily apartment communities.

Chris brings a wealth of operational skills to his businesses, including deploying the right technology, connecting with strategic partners, raising capital, and implementing branding and marketing strategies to drive growth and sales. With a background in mortgage, AI, cybersecurity, telecommunications, automotive, healthcare, energy, smart cities, and more, Chris is a well-rounded entrepreneur.

Previously, Chris has headed Product Design at loanDepot, where he designed their industry-leading mortgage and personal loan platforms, and served as the VP of Product and Design for Big Purple Dot, a provider of online mortgage and real estate technology. He still actively consults in the mortgage and healthcare industries, designing online mortgage and healthcare solutions for companies such as Zillow, Kaiser, and Blue Shield.

As a dedicated ongoing education enthusiast of the real estate industry, Chris Kirkman has sought out guidance from the best in the business. He is proud to be a mentee of AJ Osborn, a renowned leader in the self-storage sector, and has the privilege of being part of Osborn's Inner Circle, granting him direct access to AJ and his team for ongoing support and education. Additionally, Chris has sought out the expertise of “King Khang” Le, a prominent figure in real estate investment and wholesaling, and has been working closely with him to hone his skills in property analysis, opportunity identification, and risk assessment.

Not only does Chris seek out mentors, but he also pays it forward by mentoring other investors and sharing his wealth of knowledge through speaking engagements at real estate events and interviews on popular channels. Chris' passion for real estate and his drive to continuously learn and grow make him a rising star in the industry.

Chris lives in Orange County, California, with his wife, two children, and two huskies. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, scuba diving, cycling, backpacking, and a multitude of other outdoor activities. With his experience, knowledge, and passion for real estate investment, Chris Kirkman is poised to take the real estate world by storm.

Amir Hamood is a seasoned real estate investor with over a decade of experience, earning trust and delivering results across eight states. His strategic approach and commitment to excellence have made him a reliable partner for investors looking to build wealth and secure their financial future in the real estate market.

Amir's impressive portfolio includes approximately 60 successful fix and flips and ownership of 68 properties, totaling 93 doors nationwide. He has a proven track record of identifying opportunities and transforming properties into profitable assets, consistently delivering value and returns for his investors.

With a dual background as a mechanical engineer and a general contractor in California, Amir brings a unique blend of analytical precision and practical expertise to every project. This combination allows him to navigate complex challenges with ease, ensuring that each investment is meticulously planned and executed.

In addition to his experience in property acquisition and flipping, Amir has completed a wide range of construction projects, including ground-up builds, bathroom additions, ADU construction, and expanding living spaces. His hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge make him a trusted figure in real estate, capable of guiding new investors toward success.
